Being in DC on Independence day was an interesting experience. My day started with 4th of July parade and ended with amazing fireworks on Lincoln memorial. Enjoy some of the fireworks...

You're right that being at D.C. for the 4th of July is an experience. Several years ago, I had the pleasure to watch not only the most beautiful fireworks, but also to share the excitement with a lot of other people from all over the world.
